John Bradshaw

John Bradshaw

Founder

John Founded Road and Race Restorations back in 1988 off the back of his passion for Motorsport. John continues to work hard at Road and Race pushing the business forward, whilst trying his best to focus more of his time on the ‘Race’ side of things!

Tom Bradshaw

Managing Director

Tom joined his father, John in the family business in 2008 whilst dovetailing a racing career. He very quickly became a highly valued part of the Road and Race team, moving from warranty administration to vehicle damage assessor, and then into the management and progression of both businesses as Managing Director. Tom is now fully committed to helping grow Road and Race whilst ensuring none of its quality ethos or high standards are affected.

Dave Yeoman

General Manager

Dave’s lead role in the business is as our General Manager Ensuring all vehicles are repaired efficiently and to the highest possible manufacture standard. Dave’s history of being a panel beater, extensive bodyshop management experience and his ‘can do’ attitude has given him the skills needed to oversee a smoothly run Bodyshop where people enjoy working; and our customers are able to expect exceptional customer service and quality of repair.

Marcey Thompson

Customer Service

Marcey’s role within in the business is as a customer service advisor. She plays a key role in ensuring all customers have a smooth journey when having a vehicle repaired. Marcey is goal-orientated and focused. Her wide range of skills and love of people allow her to adapt to each customer’s needs and provide them with the best possible service. Besides her work, Marcey has a love for animals and has previously fostered several animals and now has fish, a budgie and two dogs of her own.

Steve Dickinson

General Manager Cheshire

Steve has come back home to Road and Race after working for a period in China overseeing the Porsche paint and body programme for the whole of South East Asia. This experience, as well as his time working with the Road and Race Family, positions him perfectly to oversee the Cheshire site.
Steve’s energetic and passionate personality ensures our customers are looked after efficiently and to the highest of standards.

Gary Walker

Vehicle Damage Assessor

Gary as worked with Road and Race as a valued member of the team over the past 5 years. His extensive experience within the bodyshop industry means he is able to assess accident damage accurately and with confidence, ensuring our customers cars are repaired using the correct methods and attention to detail.
As well as his extensive knowledge, Gary’s warm and friendly personality helps put our customers at ease throughout the repair process.

Ian Howarth

Vehicle Damage Assessor

Ian Joined the Road and Race team in 2022. Coming from a background in Porsche’s Parts department and working at his friends bodyshop, Ian’s existing skills and subsequent manufacture led training have helped him slot straight into the Road and Race team, as a skilled vehicle damage assessor.
Ian is extremely passionate about cars inside and outside of his work, a great attribute when you’re lucky enough to be working with the cars we do.

Dean Snape

Production Manager Manchester

Dean Joined Road and Race Manchester nearly 20 years ago as a paint apprentice. Dean quickly progressed to be an exceptionally talented prep and paint technician. His in-depth knowledge, passion and commitment to his craft has seen him rise to the challenge of Paintshop foreman, and more recently Workshop production manager. His role now sees him looking after day-to-day production and stringent quality control throughout each vehicles journey through our facility.
